Step 2 is to setup your Account Profiles for your new Company Profile. Click on the Image above Account Profiles as shown in the above image.

Accounts Window

This is the accounts window before adding any profiles. The Default profile has every social bookmarking site listed (currently 1208 on today’s new release).

Click on New Profile

Rather than using the Default, we want to create new profiles for each Company, generally you would create several profiles for each company which I will discuss in detail now.

Unique Account Name

Type in a Unique Account name that you can easily distinguish from others, and select the Company Profile you wish to use for that Account Name. In this example, I’ve just typed in RVCamper, but I will show you a better way to do that once you understand the process.

Select Social Bookmarking sites

When setting up a new profile, you need to select which Social Bookmarking sites you will use for that particular profile. You may choose to Select All (but it will take a very long time to register for every single site!), so I recommend custom selecting the sites you wish to use, based on your niche.

Now would be a good time to decide if you want to have multiple account names that will select to different types of bookmarking sites. You may have one called RV Camper – Pligg Sites, another called RV-Camper “Digg Sites”, and another that just posts to “CAPTCHA” sites, etc.

Once selected, click Save.

I’ll give you some examples of why you would choose to have different profiles now.

[ EXAMPLE ] No CAPTCHA

Connotea and Folkd have been ‘unchecked’ as they are CAPTCHA sites, and so my Account Name for this will be RVCamper – No CAPTCHA for me to easily identify that this is all the social bookmarking sites that don’t have CAPTCHA codes to type in. (So that I can “Quickly” bookmark these sites and leave the computer, rather than typing in the CAPTCHA Codes as they appear on the screen). It will help me identify which profile lets me go out for dinner with friends and which ones I would need to be monitoring the computer for :)

[ EXAMPLE ] “Just Best Content”

Another Profile I have setup is for sites like Propeller, Slashdot, Technorati, Reddit, Digg, StumbleUpon and Newsvine – I want to make sure that only my best content goes there as those sites are a little more esteemed, and are quick on the trigger finger to ban sites if they don’t think they are providing value to the community (ie: if they are just submitting their own urls).

I also removed Slashdot completely for this site as even the top RV Camper news is never going to be of interest to the SlashDot community.

And I put in brackets (Digg Worthy) to remind myself that the post should be Digg-Quality before submitting to those profiles, and to remind myself that I shouldn’t just submit my own URL’s to there, I need to occassionally post other great quality content there to keep my account in good standing.

[ EXAMPLE ] RVCamper – All (except Digg Worthy)

In this example, I selected all the sites that I intend to create accounts for, except those that I consider “Digg-Worthy” Bookmarking sites. This will be my main account where I will bookmark all my new posts and related content. I un-checked all the sites that aren’t related to the country I’m targetting and all the sites that I don’t think are a good match for a RV Camper type site (geek news, tech talk, iPhone chat, movie sites, gadget sites, wrestling sites, etc.. and just kept general bookmarking sites)
