Social Bot (Step 5 – Edit Pages)

Select the Pages option in the Toolbar. This will show you a list of the pages that has been Spidered by SocialBot, and allow you to edit the Title, Descriptions and Keywords that has been automatically brought in by the software. It also allows you to delete any pages that you do not want to submit to bookmarking sites, and add comments (for your eyes only).

Tip: NEVER bookmark a site that a person would not normally bookmark naturally – ie: Legal Pages, Contact pages, etc. It is also not necessary to bookmark every page of your site (nor is it very natural looking!), apart from wanting to stay under the radar at the bookmarking sites, you also want Search Engines to see your backlinks to your site as natural.

Scan the list for any pages may not want to submit, and tick the checkbox on the left-hand side. When finished, click the Delete button to remove them.
By the way, you can click the column headers to sort the list differently.

Highlight Page from list and click on Edit. In the Details tab, you can edit a page’s Title, Description, and Keywords.

SocialBot has the ability to take advantage of Jet Spinner Syntax in Titles and Descriptions. This syntax involves using an open Curly bracket, followed by each word separated by the Pipe symbol and a final closing Curly bracket.
For my RV example, a title that was “Motorhome Insurance: Nine Golden Rules When Purchasing”
Can be ‘spun’ as such:
{Motorhome|Mobile home|RV Camper|Camper|Caravan} {Insurance|Insurance coverage|Insurance plans|Insurance protection|Insurance packages|Insurance cover}: {Nine|9} {Golden|Simple|Must-Know} {Rules|Principles} {When|While} {Purchasing|Buying|Choosing}
For each submission, SocialBot will randomly choose one word from each set of Curly brackets to use as the Title of the URL being submitted. The same is true for each of the Descriptions being submitted along with the Titles.
So one Title will be: “RV Camper Insurance plans: 9 Must-Know Principles When Purchasing”
Another will be: “Caravan Insurance coverage: Nine Simple Rules While Buying”
Another: “Camper Insurance Protection: 9 Golden Principles When Choosing”
etc.

By combining multiple sets of Titles and Descriptions using the Jet Spinner Syntax in each one, you’re able to ensure a wide range of non-duplicate submissions to the many Social Bookmarking sites supported by SocialBot.

First, highlight a page you want to edit. Then click on Edit. A new window will appear with 2 tabs “Details and Options”
In the Options tab, you can add Multiple Titles/Descriptions to be added for that particular page.
This section also supports the Jet Spinner Syntax as explained above.

Another Great Tip & Feature is to use the Bulk Insert option to import other third-party sites and RSS Feeds to mix in other sites that will make your bookmarking seem more natural.

Create a custom feed of all your social networks at RSSMIX.com and include that too. Look for Feeds and sites that are popular (Mashable for example), sites that a lot of people bookmark. It doesn’t need to be related to your niche, but it’s best to try to.
