Adding your sites – spidering and adding URL’s to be selected later for bookmarking.
Adding your sites
The next step is to add your sites, this feature is really cool as it can spider your entire site. Click on Sites.
Enter URL & click Add
Type in the URL (with or without the www depending on your site) and click on Add.
Highlight the URL in the list
Highlight the URL in the list, and another window will show up on the Right-Hand side.
Profile & Topic
First, select the Profile you will use when submitting this site from the drop-down Profile list.
Next, enter a broad Topic that indicates what the site is primarily about (this will only be submitted to sites that use Topics)
Exclude Folders
The Exclude Folders allows you to create filters that will exclude certain files & folders from being spidered.
If you enter .php – it will not spider any page with a Php file extension – the same is true for .zip, .gif, and so forth.
If you are spidering a blog such as WordPress, you will want to add these too:

Which will prevent the spidering engine from duplicating pages it finds.
Set Maximum number of Pages to Spider
Change the Max Pages to Spider and Max Pages Submitted per day for your liking. (If you have a site with less than 500 pages, choose ’0′ for all, otherwise 100 Max – it takes hours to spider a massive site)
Select Maximum number of Pages to Submit per Day
Enter a value for the Maximum number of pages to submit per day. This number should be used cautiously for a number of reasons. Recommended: 3-5 pages per day, which looks more natural and reduces the chances of your accounts being flagged for spam.
Select URL and click on Spider
Put a checkmark next to the URL, then click on Spider. On the next page, click on Start, and let the software spider your site.

I chose All for this site, not realizing how many product pages I had! So this will be spidering for hours!
When SocialBot Spiders your site, it also retrieves Meta Data for each page (if they exist) which is what takes the time.
You can then edit the Meta Data and delete urls in the Pages tab when it has finished spidering.
